Multi use pannier rack for Honda crf250l and rally mode3ls

Use it with rotopax gas can.1 gallon recommended.

Made from 3/4 inch steel tubing,powder coated finish.

Comes with all the bolts and brackets necessary to mount your own cases.

Bolt on installation,turn signals do not need to be relocated.

Installation

start with right hand side,remove the lower subframe bolt ,remove the seat bolt and also the bolt underneath the rear fender

do not tighten any bolts untill installation is complete,also see pictures for installation help

hold up the rack with one hand and install the m8x70 mm seat bolt with washer and 39 mm spacer or if you have a rear rack you do not need a spacer

install the lower subfarme bolt m8x30 mm with washer

install the m8x35mm bolt with 13mm spacer under the rear fender,or if you have a rear rack you do not need a spacer

install the left side the same way

hold up the rear cross connecting bar and install it with the m8x25mm bolts

now you can tighten all the bolts

How to install the cases on the racks

install the racks on the bike and hold up the cases to the rack.mark the location with a sharpie

remove the racks from the bike

place the racks on the back of the cases,make sure they are symmetrical

place the mounting brackets in place 2 at the bottom and 1 up in the middle

drill the holes for the brackets,bolt on the brackets

drill 2 more holes thru the 2 welded nuts,make sure that you do not damage the threads

remove the rack from the case and drill these 2 holes again with a bigger drill,about 3/8

make sure the m8x25mm knobs fit thru

install the rack on the bike and hang the cases on the rack

install the knobs from the inside of the case,hand tighten only to secure the case to the rack use a washer
