Return Policy (USA & Canada)

RETURN & REFUND POLICY (for Dirtracks)

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process

1. Email us at support@dirtracks.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping to our Langley, BC warehouse.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error in fulfilling your order.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong part or model year, contact us for an exchange authorization. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email support@dirtracks.com with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
