Installation Instructions
Mounting Your Cases:

Install the pannier racks on the motorcycle.
-
Hold the cases up to the rack and mark mounting points with a Sharpie.
-
Remove the racks from the bike.
-
Place the racks against the back of the cases, ensuring symmetry.

Position mounting brackets:
-
Two at the bottom
-
One centered near the top
-

Drill holes for the brackets and bolt them on.
-
Drill two additional holes through the welded nuts (be careful not to damage the threads).
-
Remove the rack from the case and enlarge these two holes to approximately 3/8" for M8x25mm knobs.

Reinstall the rack on the bike.

Hang the cases on the rack.
-
Insert knobs through the inside of the case with washers and hand-tighten to secure.
Mounting the Rack:

Remove the upper bolt from the passenger footpeg bracket.
-
Remove the front and rear bolts from the passenger grab bars.
-
Mount the pannier rack:
-
Use the 40mm bolt and 25mm bolt to attach to the grab handle.
-
Use a 25mm bolt with washer at the footpeg bracket.
-

Repeat on the other side.
-
Attach the rear connecting bar using two 25mm bolts.
-
Tighten all bolts securely.
